The leadership team brings together long-standing experience in disability rights, education, Disabled Persons\u2019 Organizations (DPOs), organizational development, advocacy, community participation, and inclusive development. Mohammad Ruhul Quddus, Chairman and Co-Founder, provides strategic leadership and guidance to the organization\u2019s overall vision and development. Madhob Chandra Sarkar, General Secretary and Co-Founder, contributes his extensive experience in disability-focused education, organizational management, and community engagement.
